In the stillness
Of the dawn
Before you remember
Who you are
Listen
And remember
You are That first
And always
In that chaste twinkling
You discover
What it is
That stillness wants
And what is yours
For the asking
Should you be

Don’t fall back asleep
Be who you are
Embody that
Expansive stillness
Allowing it
To penetrate
Each being that
You meet
In the stillness
You remember
You are whole
This remembrance
Quiets fear
Deepens trust
Liberates joy
Exposes love
Grass Roots
A single blade of grass
On a sunny playground
Unaware of the world around it
Springing back
When trampled on
Without care or concern
Never flinching
When cut down by life
Sleeping in the winter
Nourished on moisture and sunlight
Never stops growing
One with all life
Never separate
Forever alone
Always being lived
Life Has No Faith
There came a
Release today
A remembrance
Of utmost significance
And yet at the same time
Not important at all
I lost faith
In humanity
And in life itself
And quite unexpectedly
Oneness realized itself
Even if I die
I am still life
Human or not
So the only thing
Left to do
Is just live
Surrendering
The search
For joy and fulfillment
Reveals the peace
That contains the suffering
Experience the nondual
That contains the duality
Become the Life
That contains humanity
Resist nothing
Embrace nothing
Human moments in time
Give rise
To grasping
But there is no time
When I am not Being
Being lived
And
Being life
Arising and dissolving
Constantly evolving
Eternally Now
